Safety and Health
The Safety and Health Committee provides a strong framework for the entire organization, as it updates the group about current safety issues and upcoming challenges. On behalf of STI/SPFA, representatives from the Safety and Health Committee also participate in OSHA rule-making and serve on regulatory committees, such as ANSI, ASME, and ASSE. Those at Member companies who have responsibility for safety, health and environmental matters are encouraged to join the Safety and Health Committee.

Tank Builders Scaffold Guidelines
The Tank Builders Scaffold Guidelines provide a minimum safe erection, use, maintenance, dismantling, inspection, and training of employees in the hazards of tank builders scaffolds. This publication does not replace guidelines already established by federal or state standards.
